Dr. Cook uses TheraNest business practice software and Zoom video conferencing software. Both software packages are secure and HIPAA compliant.

All documents and communication will happen through the Client Portal.

For session information, look in Upcoming or Kept Appointments.

All telemental health sessions will be provided using the free Zoom video conferencing application. Sessions can be accessed using the link provided in the appointment reminder email. It is important to take a few minutes before your first session to check that your computer or mobile device is set up correctly.
