Mind Body Spirit Approach to Health

I am passionate about understanding ways to utilize a mind-body-spirit approach to health.

I work with clients to create a personalized plan to help you learn about yourself and develop tools that allow you to thrive.

Integrated Care

It can often be beneficial to coordinate care with other health care providers to develop a more holistic treatment approach. I can support you in making lifestyle changes (such as stress management) and communicating with your provider to implement a treatment plan for both your medical and mental health needs.

Nutrition

Increasing research evidence recognizes the impact of nutrition on mental health. Therefore, our work together would include a discussion of nutrition to support your mental health. Coordination with a nutritionist is often a beneficial part of the process.
