PREPARE FOR THE HOLIDAYS SPECIAL RATE

Reduced rate for individual therapy September 30 to November 30, 2025

Many of us struggle with chronic stress and worry. The holidays can bring additional challenges as we wrestle with family tension, managing finances, and pressure to eat in ways we later regret. Therapy can be a place to brainstorm how to better handle stressful situations like family gatherings and holiday parties. We can develop a plan with a wide variety of tools to help you set clear limits. I can support you step-by-step as you create changes to improve your health and help you to feel calm, energized, focused, and content.

I am offering a reduced rate of $100 per 50-minute session 9/30/25-11/30/25 for new and returning clients. Regular rate is $200 per session.

Individual therapy appointments are available to residents of California using Zoom video conferencing.

Mind Body Spirit Approach to Health

I am passionate about understanding ways to utilize a mind-body-spirit approach to health. I work with clients to create a personalized plan that helps you learn about yourself and develop tools that allow you to thrive.

Integrated Care

It can often be beneficial to coordinate care with other health care providers to develop a more holistic treatment approach. I can support you in making lifestyle changes, such as stress management, and communicating with your provider to implement a treatment plan for both your medical and mental health needs.

Nutrition

Increasing research evidence recognizes the impact of nutrition on mental health. Therefore, our work together would include a discussion of nutrition to support your mental health. Coordination with a nutritionist is often a beneficial part of the process.
